Bubbles and Body Zones, A time for celebration!

This special class centers around all we have learned. We will talk about body zones and ways to heal through trauma informed touch. Together we will build an altar and have a ritual to celebrate our transition and how far we have come. There is so much to celebrate! Feel free to dress up!

We will be working with breathwork and bubbles as we send sweet prayers into the air!

What a celebration it will be! You will need a mug, a notebook and pen, exciting clothes, a mask ( optional), a tarot deck, flowers, your personal crystals, An open heart and a willingness to blow bubbles and dress up!

This class will be held at THE FARM and outside
